Japanese Knotweed - Warranty of Work
As a result of TCM’s 9 years of practical experience of successful eradication of Japanese Knotweed within one growing season, the company is able to offer a unique warranty of its work, underwritten by specific PI insurance (with Lloyds) to the value of £5 million per annum. This level of warranty to our customers is unique in the industry and reflects the company’s confidence in its methods and results to date.
Subject to survey and strict adherence to the HIT ™ methodology, TCM will warranty the eradication of all identified Japanese Knotweed on a specific site. The warranty is normally issued for around 4 years, from the completion of eradication. If there is any subsequent re-growth on the site, TCM will undertake any required remedial works to eradicate any infestations consistent with the original survey.
