Japanese Knotweed Warranty

At TCM we take providing a quality, long term solution for our customers very seriously so that instances of regrowth won't impact the future safety of hard structures as shown in the above photo. As a result of 10 years of practical experience of successful eradication of Japanese knotweed within one growing season, we are able to offer a comprehensive warranty for our work, underwritten by specific PI insurance (with Lloyds) to the value of £5 million per annum. This level of warranty is unique in the industry and reflects the confidence we have in our methods, based on results achieved to date.

Subject to survey and strict adherence to the HIT® methodology that we have recommended, we will warranty the eradication of all identified Japanese knotweed on a specific site. The warranty is normally issued for 5 years from the completion of the treatment programme, although we do give our customers the opportunity to extend this if required. If there is any subsequent re-growth on the site, we will undertake the necessary remedial works to eradicate any infestations that were identified in the original survey free of charge.

The warranty is issued by TCM Warranties Ltd a company that has been set up and invested in by TCM to ensure that funds are always available should any remedial works need to be undertaken.
