TCM have carried out Japanese knotweed eradication on various sites for Hyndburn Borough Council over the last twelve months.

I have always found TCM to be helpful and efficient in all areas, from the tendering procedure to the completion of the works. All sites have been left tidy and clear of arisings and to date there are no signs of re infestation.

TCM provided comprehensive risk assessments, method statements and product data sheets prior to the start of work and I could not fault any of their billing or administrative procedures.

I would have no reservations in recommending TCM for the eradication of noxious weeds.

Baseline Ecological Assessment

Baseline Ecological Assessment

Our ecological risk assessment provides quick and cost affective baseline information so our clients can understand what the legislative and cost implications of taking on a site might be.

The likelihood of the presence of protected species or habitats will be quantified and information about how to meet Natural England and local planning authority rules will be quantified. It also gives us the opportunity to outline the benefits of implementing best practice that will enhance biodiversity and that could lead to the client improving their BREEAM building ratings.

This assessment will give the client a programme of consultancy services needed and choices about how the implementation of works can be practically incorporated into their development plans, allowing cost benefits, whilst meeting their environmental goals and responsibilities.
